Hello, I am very new to this program, but not new to programming! I have learned this program decently quickly, but ran into an error when importing graphics into the library. I have read and read and even scanned through the forums. I did as they said by dragging and dropping the image into the library and I had this error, followed by the program crashing.
"Sorry, an internal error has occurred : PicsResWindows: HandleDropObject"
Does anyone know where and how to fix this error?

Hello
This can happen if HyperNext doesn't know how to handle the image or if the image is "damaged" - some apparently fine jpegs have a "damaged" format.
HyperNext relies on Apple's Quicktime to handle some image types - it is a free download from Apple's website.
If the above don't help you then:-
- which type of image is it and does it have the correct file ending - eg ".jpg" ".jpeg" ?
- which Operating System are you using ?
