As a developer on Linux who currently uses Runtime Revolution Livecode (and has done for about 15 years) I have been following
HyperNext with great interest.
There is now a considerable installed base of developers who use Linux; even to the extent that they might be prepared to pay
for the right sort of IDE (especially if it were to undercut the commercial protected-software version of Livecode).
