Hello,
The UK Online Safety Act requires that any forums in the UK must have a method of ensuring members are 18 or over.
This means members providing copies of driving licence, biometrics etc.
I'm sorry to say its safest for me to make the forums READ-ONLY and disable user messaging.
Hopefully in the near future this insane law will be amended and things can get back to normal sanity.
