WINDOWS 7
« on: July 01, 2010, 10:51:34 AM »
Hey there,

I installed the software and I am running Windows 7. I have a strong computer and everything else is working perfectly.  I click on the creator and it just shows the loading circle but nothing actually comes up...

Any help would be appreciated!

Usually when HyperNext hangs and the cursor spins it means that it cannot find something it needs, perhaps a folder, and is usually cause by incorrect installation.

I have never had problems getting it to work under Windows 7 but some other users have.
Here is a method to install it as sent in by a user who had problems but managed to get it working under Windows 7.

1. Install QT Lite (an alternative to Apple Quicktime)
2. Using the Compatibility tag in the
(right click menu) Properties set the installer
and all three exe short cuts in the start menu
to run in win xp service pack three compatibility mode.
