what are the settings i have to give to receive and send emails?

I want to use "HN Email" example project. but i dont know about those pop3 mail settings. I'm using "gmail". what are the settings i have to give to receive and send emails?

Gmail now requires the SSL option for the POP settings and HyperNext doesn't yet support this.
There are some external workarounds using STunnel but they are only of use to someone content with running their built app on their own machine - for details just Google it.
