Internal documentation
« on: May 18, 2012, 01:34:36 PM »
Hello!

I'm comparing different neural net tools for an academic paper I'm writing and I have been trying to locate a UML class or component diagram or similar of the inner workings of HyperNext Studio. Is such document available somewhere?

Any help appreciated.

TIA,

Juha "Metsis" Metsäkallas

Hello Juha

I'm sorry but there isn't a UML description of the Neural Network inside HyperNext.

There is a chapter briefly describing it inside the Language Reference PDF.

The neural network is a simple Backpropagation network and was intended to help anyone wanting to create their own pattern recognition or prediction application even if they didn't have an understanding of neural networks. There is a full project called Analyser that has a few specific applicaton projects with it. There are also three other projects that use this neural network- they are described on the Projects web page.

I'm sorry that this won't be of much use to you in your research but its intended to be practical and not academic.

Hello Malkom,

Thanks for pointing out the Language Reference and the projects.
